Effective February, 2024, the library will no longer offer broad Kanopy access through a Patron Driven Acquisition model (PDA). In rare circumstances, a film that is only accessible via Kanopy may be licensed—but only if funds are provided beyond the library's current budget. Kanopy is a streaming video platform that provides access to a selection of films that are not accessible through other streaming services. A select number of Kanopy titles are still available for class-specific use, and are available with the link below:
When accessing from off campus, you will be prompted for your Vanguard University credentials. That is the same username and password you use to access Canvas and your Vanguard University email address. Even if the video is embedded into a Canvas page, students will still be asked for their Vanguard University credentials before they can view the video.
