Found the perfect article but can't find the full text? Try searching the Journal Portal, which is basically a comprehensive list of all of Vanguard University's journals. Here is a step-by-step guide in searching the portal:
Lets say you're trying to find the full text for "South Korea and Japan's frictions over history" written by Kiwoong Yang and published in Asian Perspective in 2008 volume 32 issue 3 pages 59-86.
1. On the library homepage click on the Journal Portal button located underneath VANCAT.
2. In the drop down menu, select "Title contains all words" and type in the journal title in the search box.
3. Look at the date range and see if the database includes the year you need. Click on one of the database links that includes your year.
4. Click on the year, then select the volume and issue you need, and find the page numbers for your article and you should be all set!
