Intro to Women and Justice Studies elaborates on the required content of the intro course to the minor, WJST 110. This section highlights the intersection of theology and gender, as it provides a look at women's role within the Church.
Human Trafficking covers both sex and labor trafficking and provides resources for a major topic of emphasis within the minor. This section will be especially helpful for upper division WJST courses.
Additional Areas of Study provides sources for other topics that students often encounter in elective courses, including the intersection of race and gender, gender and violence, and gender and politics. Additionally, a section on inspiring and powerful women has been included for an in-depth look at women who have altered history.
Research in Women's Studies follows the topics discussed in chapters 1-6 of Feminist Research Practice: A Primer which is the required reading for the cumulative required research course for the minor, WJST 410.
Consult the Library 101 Guide for overviews of research strategies. For information on searching for journal articles, see the Journal LibGuide.
